Maude Sonier

With her warm voice and vibrant charisma, singer-songwriter Maude Sonier is making her mark on the Acadian and Canadian music scene. Recently a semi-finalist at the 29th Francouvertes in Montreal, she stands out for her genuine and heartfelt presence as a proud Acadian artist.

Originally from Miramichi, New Brunswick, and strengthened by numerous stage experiences that have taken her from Saskatchewan to Newfoundland and Labrador, she sings with enthusiasm about her whirlwind twenties and the love and friendship stories that matter to her. In March 2024, she released her first EP, Demi-tour, a confident step into an alternative pop universe reflecting her image, produced by Katrine Noël (Les Hay Babies) and Mico Roy (Les Hôtesses d’Hilaire).

On stage, Maude shares her joy of life with ease, relying on spontaneity in her speech and the heartfelt nature of her songs. Let yourself be carried away by her inviting and daring melodies, her contagious laughter, and her distinctive exuberance.
