Daphnée McIntyre is a singer-songwriter from the Moncton area (New Brunswick). As a member of the trio Écarlate, she explores themes of youth, love, and coming of age through music blending folk, pop and country. The group won the Gala de la chanson de Caraquet and were selected for the Congrès mondial acadien 2024. With heartfelt lyrics and a melodic universe filled with emotion, McIntyre is establishing herself as an emerging voice in the Acadian music scene.
Écarlate
Écarlate is composed of Clémence Langlois, Daphnée McIntyre, and Samuel LeBlanc, three multi-instrumentalists from Moncton, New Brunswick, who have been performing their music since 2022.
