Tourniquet Magazine

Tourniquet Magazine was a bilingual arts and culture publication based in Moncton, New Brunswick. Launched in 2023, it produced four issues between 2023 and 2024 before it ceased operations. It featured literary writing, visual art, interviews and cultural commentary in both French and English. Committed to the creative scene of Acadian and Anglophone communities, Tourniquet sought to act as a bridge between literature, imagery and collective memory in the “city of words”. Though short-lived, its presence left a mark on the region’s cultural landscape.
